Our clinic treats patients who are recovering from cancer, rehabilitating from surgery, have low immunity, and the elderly. 
We ask that you please wear a mask to your appointment if any of the following apply:
* You have been in large gatherings within the last few days
* You have been traveling recently
* You have a sick family member at home.
Please reschedule your appointments if you are experiencing symptoms of Cold or Flu: 
feeling "under the weather," runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fever, achy body, acute diarrhea, or newly appearing rash.
If you have tested positive for Covid, please wait until you are confirmed negative before coming to the clinic.

SESSION RATES:

INITIAL VISIT/NEW PATIENT: $145

FOLLOW-UP VISITS:
60 minutes: $110
75 minutes: $120**
90 minutes: $145

IF YOU HAVE A NEW HEALTHCARE ISSUE
OR IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT,
THE FEE IS $120 (75 minutes)

CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

 We require 24-48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
*If cancelled without 24 hours notice, please pay:
$65 fee for 60 min and $85 fee for 90 min 


FULL FEE FOR NO SHOW

We are sensitive to emergencies and illness -- If you need to cancel last minute
due to illness symptoms or inclement weather, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Please call as soon as you feel ill.



INSURANCE
We are no longer billing insurance.
If requested, we are happy to provide a superbill /invoice at the time of service.
You can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
